We Provided Tolexo, a complete agent-client communication through the Web based Mini-CRM platform. The agents reach out to the client assigned to them by initiating a call through the Web based CRM by selecting the client's number on the web panel or inputting the client's number in a text box provided on the panel. The call is two way- one call is placed on Agent's number and the other on Client's number. Upon successfully picked, the calls are patched and their recording and call logs are maintained and displayed on an online panel.

Later on also added a Feature of SMS feedback to know the Quality of Service & Customer Satisfaction Feedbacks.

We have developed an Emergency alert system for Hospital Staff. When a Patient is Admitted to a hospital his records are uploaded on our cloud system, a unique patient number will be allotted. Upon registration, Nursing officer can list the No of doctors related to the case. In Emergency, Nursing officer can Send a Message "CODE RED Patient no" to a Short-code like 8505. Our System will immediately Call the doctors of that department, inform them on Call & Message. If the doctor is available, he will receive all the case files on his Email immediately. So that he gets to know about the case on the go. We are also working with several doctors to make this Service advanced & more efficient for Hospital management as Well.
